Emotional Health in the Workplace training
Many similar trainings in this field focus primarily on recognising mental health problems in the workplace and considering best ways to support colleagues experiencing them. With this training’s emphasis on emotional health, the focus is much more foundational and preventative and is about creating an emotionally healthy workplace culture.

Another key element to highlight is the positive knock-on effect of a motivated, happy workplace on employees’ lives outside of work – especially family life.​
Objectives
By the end of the training, participants will have:
